Ron Goldman presented with defense attorney Joe Picchi at Alta Bates Hospital April 10, 2019. Ron Goldman collaborated with experienced malpractice defense attorney Joe Picchi to demonstrate mock depositions for emergency room physicians. Based on actual cases, Ron and Joe switched sides as either defense or plaintiff attorneys to provide the E.R. physicians in attendance, as well as heroic volunteers what it is like to subject to an aggressive deposition when their care is under question in a malpractice case.
