Delta Dental Litigation: Recent Win Against Delta Dental in Moneim Class Action Lawsuit

Recently, our attorneys secured a major win against Delta Dental of California. Superior Court Judge Richard B. Ulmer, Jr. ruled that Delta Dental of California shall not request reimbursement of allegedly overpaid claims that are more than 1 year old. You may download Judge Ulmer’s Decision below.
