Program Details

The Details

  • Receive responses from an employment lawyer on HR and employment law issues within 24 hours on all* weekdays and 2 weekend days per month.

  • Receive prioritized responses.

  • 10% credit on qualified HR and employment advice, (see section 4 below!).

  •  

    An advocate, one call/text away! 

  • *1-2 weeks of unavailability per quarter.

Eligibility

  • You must be an employer in California with 50 employees or less, preferably in the medical / dental field

  •  You must be a client of our firm

  • $500 for each separate location (eg. multiple offices)

  • ​Complete the form below to apply; subject to availability. Upon acceptance, participants shall be sent enrollment forms to complete & return as a prerequisite to registration.

Price

  • Program Fee: $2,000 per calendar quarter, auto-debited by credit card on file; pro-rated upon initiation.

  • 10% discount on HR and employment advice applies to quarters in which full Program Fee is tendered.

  • Reduced Program Fee for employers with 1-9 employees: $1500/quarter

  • Cancel anytime; membership terminates at the end of the most recently paid-in-full calendar quarter.

Limited Time Offer​

This program was launched following requests from many current clients. Interested? There are a limited number of spaces in this program!​

ENROLL IN 2025 and the quarterly Program Fee  ($2000/quarter 10+ ees / $1500/quarter 1-9 ees) will not increase for three (3) years (from date of program initiation) so long as participation in program is not terminated during that time!​

Scope of Program Services

  • Navigating leaves of absence such as disabilities, pregnancies, family medical leave, sick leave, etc.

  • Strategizing on employment situations such as failure to take meal/rest breaks properly.

  •  Disciplinary actions.

  • Terminations, layoffs, resignations, wrongful solicitation.

  • Allegations of wrongful conduct

  • Severance Agreement preparation.

  • Pre-litigation demand and employment file requests.

  • Assistance with conducting internal workplace investigations.

Terms

  • All advice and services are billed on an hourly basis at applicable hourly rates for assigned counsel. Program Fee secures participant's prioritization and response within 24 hours of contact.

  • Refunds are not issued but participants may cancel upon providing prior written notice at which time, the card shall not be charged subsequent Program Fees & the participant shall be removed from the program at the end of the calendar quarter that was most recently paid-in-full.

Excluded Services

Program does not include:

  • Business law matters such as practice / business sales, creating / terminating business entities (LLC, corporation, etc.), leases, shareholder/partnership agreements, associate agreements, etc.

  • Yelp or similar social media review pages.

  • Workers compensation,  mediations, litigation.

  • Office Policy Manual updates; administrative hearings.

  • Private disability policies.

  • Automatic updating of forms, policies or other documents based on changes in law.

  • Retirement account advising.
