Dale Ratner is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law. He was admitted to the bar in 2011 and focused on civil litigation since then. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants on a wide variety of matters ranging from motor vehicle accidents to antitrust litigation and breach of contract cases. From 2019 to 2023, he worked for an East Bay insurance defense firm with a primary focus on representing commercial carriers and trucking industry clients in bodily injury matters ranging from soft-tissue injuries to wrongful death and traumatic brain injury cases. Dale Ratner has successfully managed and resolved dozens of cases from inception to mediation and arbitration, including taking and defending numerous depositions of plaintiffs, defendants and co-defendants, percipient witnesses, law enforcement officials and other investigators, treating physicians, and expert witnesses. In 2015, he acted as a second chair in an asbestos trial.
